Useful for:

• Analysis Paralysis, Decision Fatigue

Approach

1. Decide what aspect of a decision is most important
2. Establish a cutoff level
3. Eliminate all alternatives that do not meed that level
4. Repeat for every attribute until the set is narrow enough for a Compensatory Strategy evaluation
